Vibasis Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Vibasis (the "Service") is operated by Vibasis Maksim Pauliukevich, a sole proprietorship entered in the Polish Central Register of Business Activity (CEIDG), NIP 7252281864, REGON 380857507, VAT EU PL7252281864, address Lodz, Gornica 26/6, 91-765 ("we", "us"). Contact: support@vibasis.ai.

These Terms apply to everyone who uses vibasis.ai, Vibasis Desktop, the Vibasis CLI and the Vibasis MCP connector. Creators who publish products also accept the Creator Agreement.

2. What Vibasis is — and what it is not

2.1. Vibasis is an online platform where independent creators ("Creators") publish plugins and related software ("Products") for third-party applications such as Adobe Illustrator, and where users ("Buyers") get and install them.

2.2. Creators, not Vibasis, are the sellers. When you buy a Product, your contract for that Product is with its Creator. Payment is processed by Stripe on the Creator's account. Vibasis provides the store page, account, library, delivery and installation tools, and does not take a commission on the sale.

2.3. Products are made by independent Creators. We review packages before publication (see the Content and Moderation Policy), but we do not write, control or guarantee Products. Plugins run inside the host application with your user permissions.

2.4. Vibasis is not affiliated with or endorsed by Adobe. Adobe and Illustrator are trademarks of Adobe Inc.

3. Your account

3.1. You need an account to get Products. You can sign in with an email link or with Google. You must be at least 16 years old. You must be at least 18 to sell.

3.2. Keep access to your email and Google account secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at security@vibasis.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

3.3. You may close your account at any time in settings. Closing your account ends access to your Library, downloads and updates. Products already installed on your computer keep working under their licenses.

4. Getting Products

4.1. Free and invite-only Products are added to your Library when you claim them.

4.2. Paid Products. Before paying you see the price, the seller (the Creator), what is included, the update period and the license terms. Payment is made through Stripe Checkout on the Creator's account. A Product is added to your Library only after Stripe confirms the payment.

4.3. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers). For digital content you normally have 14 days to withdraw. Before checkout you can choose to start the download immediately; if you do, you expressly agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the download starts. This does not affect your rights if the Product does not conform to the description (for example, it does not work as described). Requests about a purchase go to the Creator; we help pass them on through support@vibasis.ai.

4.4. Refunds and disputes are decided by the Creator according to their policy and the law. If a payment is refunded or reversed, access to new downloads and updates for that purchase ends.

5. Licenses

5.1. Each Product comes with the Creator's license, shown on its page before you get it. The license is between you and the Creator.

5.2. Basic license. Unless the Product page says otherwise, Products use Vibasis Basic licensing: your account controls access to downloads and updates. Basic licensing does not technically prevent copying of an installed Product and does not stop a Product you received from working after your update period ends.

5.3. You may not share your account, resell access, or redistribute Products unless the Creator's license allows it.

6. Vibasis Desktop, CLI and MCP connector

6.1. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Vibasis Desktop, the CLI and the MCP connector to access the Service.

6.2. Vibasis Desktop installs Products using the host application's official installation mechanisms. It does not change the security settings of your operating system or of Adobe applications. It runs only when you open it and does not install background services.

6.3. Desktop asks you to confirm that a Product opens correctly in the host application. A Product is shown as "Installed" only after that confirmation.

6.4. If a Product release is withdrawn for safety reasons, Desktop shows you a warning and recommends uninstalling it. Desktop does not delete Products without your action.

6.5. If you uninstall Vibasis Desktop, installed Products keep working; updates and one-click restore stop.

7. Acceptable use

You must not: break or bypass security or license checks of the Service; upload malware; scrape the Service at scale; use the Service for unlawful purposes; harass others; or misuse the reporting system. The full rules are in the Content and Moderation Policy.

8. Reporting and complaints

8.1. You can report a Product, a store or content using "Report a problem" or reports@vibasis.ai. We handle reports as described in the Content and Moderation Policy.

8.2. If we restrict your content or account, we explain why and how to appeal. You can use our internal complaint process free of charge for 6 months after the decision.

9. Availability and changes

9.1. We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change features, especially during the early-access period.

9.2. We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email or in the Service at least 30 days before material changes take effect, unless a change is required by law sooner. If you do not agree, you may close your account.

10. Liability

10.1. We are responsible for the Vibasis platform services we provide. We are not the seller of Products and are not responsible for their content, function or support, which belong to their Creators.

10.2. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intentional misconduct or for your mandatory consumer rights.

11. Law and disputes

11.1. These Terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

11.2. Contact us first at support@vibasis.ai — most issues can be solved quickly. Consumers may also use out-of-court dispute resolution bodies where available and the courts competent under applicable law.
